The agency Mirakul with its seat in Tisno, near the island of Murter, was founded on 15th October 2002 as a limited company at the Commercial Court in Šibenik. The owner and the director of the company is Đula Farkaš who is also the authorized agent for mediation in real – estate business. Brigita Farkaš is the marketing officer.
The agency deals with mediation in the real – estate business and it also offers all other services related to real- estate business (e. g. counseling and representation of foreign investors, etc.), mostly in Šibenik – Knin County.
Mirakul d.o.o. has a third-person liability insurance with Croatia osiguranje d.d. Zagreb; it has a permanently employed authorized agent, business premises adjusted to legal conditions, regulated business relations according to the General Business Conditions and therefore it has fulfilled all the conditions pursuant to the Act on Mediation in Real- Estate Business.
